In 2015, I was thrilled to land my dream job heading up the drug launch for an emerging biopharmaceutical company. But I quickly encountered a significant challenge: a lack of transparency in cross-functional prelaunch activities, making it hard to find the benchmarks needed for success.

After some missteps with functional requirements, we faced an FDA Complete Response Letter that delayed our drug launch by over a year. As a result, the company ran out of funding, and I lost my job when my division was sold.

Rather than seek another position, I felt inspired to create a solution to the very challenges I experienced, aiming to simplify and accelerate drug launches for others in the industry.
