Leadership Team
Jonathan Booth
Jonathan Booth founded Kuhmursho Technologies in 2020 to fix what he'd lived firsthand: drug launches are too complex, cross-functional collaboration too hard to sustain, and finding the right partners too burdensome. Kuhmursho's interactive launch navigation and work acceleration platform is being built to make commercial drug launches simpler, faster, and more effective — drawing on two decades inside the process it's designed to fix.
His career spans startups to established pharmaceutical organizations, giving him a rare view of how launch execution breaks down — and what it takes to fix it at any scale. He's worked across nearly every function of commercializing a drug, from strategy and licensing to operations and finance, and spent five years leading a new drug launch under startup conditions, where speed and discipline weren't optional. That's backed by a strong operational track record, including leading finance across multi-plant, multi-country manufacturing operations and structuring licensing deals that generated significant value for a global pharma business.
Before pharma, Jonathan sharpened his product development instincts in the automotive industry — shaping how he treats Kuhmursho's platform today: not just software, but an engineered product built to perform under real-world pressure. That dual perspective — deep pharma commercialization expertise paired with cross-industry product development discipline — is what makes him uniquely positioned to build the platform Kuhmursho's customers and investors are betting on.
